Rated 2 out of 5 by Soap from Too powerful Too powerful and not enough heat. No doubt the 'storm' that 2400W creates wil' help dry hair quickly. And no doubt the lack of heat is better for my hair. But it's not pleasant and I returned it and bought a less powerful model (Babyliss Smooth Pro 2100W) with a bit more heat and that's perfect.

I purchased a Dyson in between that was very expensive, but returned it after a month as it was the worst hairdryer I had every bought. The 3Q is much better and will stand the test of time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Palo from Good but not great The hairdryer itself is powerful and good but the extension part falls easily and the button on the side of the dryer get in the way when you are drying your hair, so you will end up either turning the dryer off, pressing the cold button or changing the speed.
